2023 Whats happening in 2023?  Well as far as getting a new building permit in the FL Keys, it may not happen.  But again, we are talking about the government so they can always change their minds.  Projection indicate that the evacuation clearance time will be at the 24 hour mark.  Making it likely that by the year 2023, local governments will be unable to issue additional permits. ... read more
