Is the Florida Keys Real Estate market cooling down? Let’s take a look. Sales continue to be down in all areas.  Sale Price to Original List Price margins remain tight. However, we saw a small decrease compared to 2021. The average seller in 2021 obtained approximately 95 percent of the Listing Price, whereas sellers are now getting an estimated amount of 93 percent of the List Price.
